Tell us about screen damage, replacement parts, charging faults and battery warnings. Damaged or repaired phones can be reviewed for a personal quote.
Remove linked accounts
Back up your data, sign out of linked accounts and remove activation locks before erasing the phone. Keep your SIM and memory card.
How your sale works
- Request a quote. Choose the exact device and describe its condition. If an instant estimate is unavailable, request a personal assessment.
- Wait for posting instructions. Follow the team’s instructions for your sale and pack the device securely. Do not send a device before the team confirms how to post it.
- Review the final offer. Follow inspection in your account. Accept the final offer to proceed, or request a return. Payment is arranged after your acceptance.

Which phones can I sell?
Search the phone directory for your model. We accept iPhones from iPhone 8 onwards and assess supported Android models. If the exact configuration is missing, request a personal quote. Blacklisted, financed or activation-locked devices cannot be accepted.
Is my initial phone quote guaranteed?
Your initial quote is indicative and subject to inspection. If the final offer changes, you see the findings and decide whether to accept or request a return.
